Gaziantep Castle
Gaziantep Castle, is a castle first built by the Hittite Empire as an observation point and later built into a main castle by the Roman Empire on top of a hill in the center of Gaziantep, Turkey in 2nd and 3rd century AD. It underwent further expansion and renovation under Emperor Justinianus between 527 and 565 AD.

The castle has been renovated numerous times and took its final shape in 2000. Today, the castle is used as the Gaziantep Defence and Heroism Panoramic Museum, and a documentary regarding the defence of the city against the invading French troops after the fall of the Ottoman Empire runs periodically.

Ankara Castle is a fortification from the late antique/early medieval era in Ankara, Turkey. The exact date of their construction is uncertain, but both postdate the capture and destruction of Ankara by the Persians in probably 622.

Boyabat Castle, is a castle in the town of Boyabat, Sinop Province, Turkey built by the Paphlagonians in antiquity and reconstructed under Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman rule. The castle functions as a museum today.

Pertek Castle
Pertek Castle is a castle in the Pertek district of the Tunceli province in Turkey. It was built in the 11th century by the Seljukid Mengujekids beys. Under the Ottoman Empire it was restored and rebuilt, probably in the 16th century.
